WHOOHOO! Stacey students had a spooktastic time on October 29th; everyone talked with their friends, ate pizza, watched the movie Hotel Transylvania, and took tons of photos. Sadly, no werewolves, Edward Cullens, Pepes or Poot Lovato were found at this scary event.

It’s no mystery Disney is fond of making people smile. Their classic movies such as Bambi are known to be favorites. Disney confirmed some of these oldies will be brought back to the big screen in the near future.
One movie swimming back to theaters will be Finding Dory, a spin on the original, Finding Nemo, that was released back on May 30, 2003.
“Well, I think that Finding Dory has been long awaited…” said eighth grader, Addison Valencia.
The new movie will consist the beloved members of Nemo, Marlin, the Tank Gang, and brand new members such as an octopus and a shark who believes she is a whale.
The storyline of this tale will be following Dory as she returns to her family after she has recollections of old memories. More…
The seventh graders raised brine shrimp in Mr. Dandridge’s and Ms. Erdelyi classrooms. They looked over them for many weeks and recorded the hatchlings’ actions.
“The first one is always exciting,” says Ms. Erdelyi, a science teacher at Stacey, “It is one you will never forget.” While learning the value of teamwork, effort, and curiosity, seventh graders learned interesting information and facts about these microscopic creatures. More…

Disneyland, the happiest place on Earth, has raised the price of the Disney Signature Plus Passport to an astounding $1,049 a year. This pass has no blackout dates, dates you cannot use the pass, 15% off select dining locations, and 20% off select merchandise, souvenirs, etc. and free parking.
Disneyland still has other passes, except for the discontinued Premium Passport. They still carry the SoCal Select/Resident Passport, Disney Deluxe Passport, and Disney Signature Passport, which all have blackout dates on the holidays and the holiday season, along with other “peak” days. More…
