5, 4, 3, 2, 1, SCREAMMM! Oh, I’m supposed to write, sorry. Anyways, on January 8th, California Screamin had it´s very last screamers scream for one final time. Wow, that was a tongue twister. It was a sad day for many.
The reason why this attraction closed is because of the previously mentioned Incredicoaster that will be opening in Summer 2018. Very soon.
Recently, Disney released a wooden model of the inside of the tunnels (shown above), and I´ve gotta say, this is going to be so much better than California Screamin. Nobody really ever liked the boardwalk theme anyway.
This new attraction will offer a lot more theming than California Screamin’ had with brand new audio-animatronics inside the tunnels, the end spiral, and right before the launch.
Besides all of these new effects, paint, cars, audio, and tunnels, the track layout will be the same. Do not worry, there will still be a loop-de-loop, drops, and stomach dropping turns.
Disney also released more artwork (shown below) just after the model was released online. This artwork shows one audio-animatronic and one projected character from the Incredibles Movie.
Well Stacey, stay tuned for more news as we update you on the progress of the Incredicoaster.
Until next time, have a great week! No, that wasn’t good enough. Have a magical day!
I’ve actually never even been on California Screamin’ though, too bad, well at least the Incredicoaster is going to be better… like a lot better!
