Stacey’s Extended School Program (ESP) provides a place for children to meet when families are working. ESP gives the students an opportunity to extend the learning day after school. Students can stay all long as needed until 6:00 p.m., and is also available before school as early as 6:00 a.m.

ESP includes a wide variety of child-adult initiated activities. Some activities let the children experience many interests like driving exploration, critical thinking, and the development of problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Many activities that our trained staff members teach are to:

  • Improve reading, writing, fitness and social skills
  • Experience fun, friendships, and learning
  • Build character and confidence
  • Get a jump start on homework completion

Furthermore, the ESP staff have even gathered a bunch of activities the students can work on as well. In addition to providing time for homework, some of the many enrichment opportunities include:

  • NASA’s Science Action Club
  • Coding & Robotics
  • College Readiness
  • Health and fitness
  • Creative Arts
  • KidzLit literacy program
  • Project BOLD character education

ESP is a great way for kids to learn more after school has ended. Students make many new friendships and have a great time doing activities. The staff members are extremely kind and they know how to do their job well. On some occasions, ESP will be going on field trips! They have summer camps and camps on some of the school breaks. Our students have so much fun, and when they continue to do ESP, they learn how to become better students. Come check it out Stacey Cougars!
