Seventh-grade cougars, have you done your history project? All seventh-grade history teachers require their students to do a primary source project using Google slides.

This project helps students find credible websites for research. The project also helps the young historians with better knowledge of primary sources which are any materials created at the time being studied. These materials include letters, speeches, diaries, newspaper articles, photographs, artifacts, or anything else that provides a first-hand account.

Lauren Duong says, “I like the project, but some topics are harder than others and unfortunately, I got a complicated topic!”

In Mrs. Karsh and Redmond’s classes, the project will be due Monday, Halloween. Mrs. Airth’s class has already submitted theirs.
