Donald Trump’s recent drama certainly has not been a secret. Just recently, he called the election ‘rigged’ causing many to worry.
“His accusations alone could inflict long-standing damage on the US political system itself by eroding trust in the probity of the electoral process,” say experts.
Trump is causing many to oppose him, especially President Obama. Barack Obama has told Donald Trump to ‘stop whining’.
When this topic was brought up once again about the Republican nominee, Obama said, “I’d invite Mr. Trump to stop whining and go try to make his case to get votes,” he said.
Many other Republicans do not agree with Trump and were quick to refute his claim. Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, said that they would absolutely accept the election. Kellie Ann Conway, Trump’s campaign manager and surrogate, states that she does not believe there is widespread of voter fraud. Trump later tweeted, “Why do Republican leaders deny what is going on? So naive!”
Republicans told the Business Insider that what Trump had said was ludicrous and dangerous. Even if Trump calls the election rigged, and makes claims of widespread voter fraud, there has been no evidence.
During the third and final debate, Mr. Trump stated the only way he will accept the results of this election is, “if I win.”
Donald Trump has certainly stirred up this election. In the end, the voters will decide who will win on November 8th.
