Cougars, we are coming to the end of our school year. These final days are important, and the events happening are even more important! Here’s the rundown:
Friday, June 3: 8th Grade Exit Interviews! (During Language Arts Class)
Monday, June 6: End of the Year Awards at 6:00 pm (Invitation Only)
Wednesday, June 8: Spirit Day (Homeroom All Day)
Monday, June 13: Early Day!, Cougar Pride Assembly: 6th Grade @ 8:20 am , 8th Grade @ 9:15 am , 7th Grade @ 12:30 pm
Tuesday, June 14 and Wednesday, June 15: Early Day!, 8th Grade Promotion Practice 8:30 am – 9:45 am
Thursday, June 16: Early Day! 8:15-9:45 am, 9:45 am- 8th Grade Dismissal (WITH SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP), 2:15 pm: Promotion Ceremony, 5-6:30 pm: 8th Grade ONLY Dance
Friday, June 17: Last Day of School! Dismissal at 11:15 am
Attention 8th Graders! Permission slips are necessary to be released at 9:45 am on Thursday. Also, for promotion, please take into consideration the following. The ceremony will be extremely hot, please wear something comfortable.
Boys, it is preferred for you to wear a button down shirt (long or short sleeve) and dress pants (slacks, khakis, etc.). Also, shirts must be tucked in. Do not wear a tuxedo or wear formal attire.
Girls, if you plan on wearing a dress, please follow these conditions: the dress MUST REACH TO THE KNEES, DO NOT wear a strapless, backless, or spaghetti strap outfit. Straps must be at least one inch wide or more. Also, girls please take into consideration that you will be walking up and down stairs, so pick correct shoes.
Students wearing inappropriate attire may be removed from the ceremony.
