Lawyers in the Making- Converse vs Vans Reply

Heather Tran, Kristen Fernandez, and Nikki Do

Jambo!!! (For those who do not speak Swahili, hello)💂💁Welcome to this week’s edition of Lawyers in the Making!!

The winner of last week was the Shruggy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Today’s topic of debate is which shoe is more favorable: Converse or Vans.

Gaining more recognition, Vans, especially white ones, have been bursting in popularity due to the meme “Damn Daniel.” Converse, on the other hand, have long been the go-to shoe for many people.

Converse was originally founded in February 1908, whereas Vans was created March 1966. Both companies are successful and popular today.

The big question, though, is which one is proven to be better according to Stacey standards?

To help with the decision, we asked a few students to tell us which one they liked best.

Converse ⭐: Zak VanWardenburg says, “I had vans, but I pulled the arch of my foot so Converse all the way.”

Noether Nguyen says, “They look better and they’re more comfortable. And they’re mostly cheaper in certain places…”

Vans 🅥: Ethan Nguyen and Sydnee Le say, “It looks better…than the style of Converse, and it’s more comfortable.”

Thank you for reading this week’s edition of Lawyers in the Making! Be sure to vote for your favorite shoe brand and tune back in next week to see what the lawyers have in store! Have a good life, and day, night, well really any time of day you are reading this! Bye! 💣😎
